Our Ethos

About Us

We work on an holistic approach ensuring a secure partnership with all parents is catered for.  We hold regular messy mornings and parents evenings, giving parents an opportunity to see where their child is at and how much they are developing.  A “Triangle Together” parent forum group is held twice yearly ensuring parents have a voice, thus encouraging a close link between parents and staff.

Triangle use an electronic development system called Tapestry.  This is an online journal whereby staff record all the learning and fun during your child’s early years education.  All parents are provided with a link to enable them to sign up and view their child’s experiences and developments.  Parents are also encouraged to upload and add to the journal to aid parental engagement.

Nursery fees are calculated over 51 weeks and divided by 12 months meaning fees are not payable over the one week of the year when the nursery is closed for the Christmas period.  There are no hidden costs and the monthly amount payable does not change giving the benefit of certainty.

We offer three free of charge 'Settling in Sessions' to ensure your child feels safe and comfortable in our 'home from home' before they start.

Safeguarding is of paramount importance to our nursery and we follow effective safer recruitment procedures to ensure all staff employed are suitable to work with children. All of our team are DBS checked and qualified or working towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification. All of our staff hold a level 2 Child Protection qualification and we currently have three Designated Safeguarding Leads.  A copy of our robust safeguarding policy is linked below:

Our Ethos

We want to encourage our children to reach their potential by furnishing them with the interest, knowledge, skills and confidence, and with respect for the environment as well as tolerance and understanding of everyone's differences, encompassing British Values.

Within a safe and homely environment, our staff will know the background of every child in their care and work in partnership with their family to build character, both individually and collectively.

We aim to broaden our children's outlook on life by teaching them about the wonders of the world and encourage healthy futures by learning about food and being active.

We want our children and our staff to reach their full potential, not only whilst they are with us, but beyond...
